Dating On A Budget - A Romantic Idea

Dating on a budget doesn’t mean there’s nothing to do. Dating doesn’t even have to be expensive at all. Many ideas for a romantic evening that don’t involve spending a big amount of money can be thought of. All you need is a bit of creativity and a woman, who if is looking for love, won’t really care how much you do or don’t spend.

Dating on a budget can find you starting the night off with a delightful inexpensive dinner. It can be a small bistro or a Chinese noodle café. As long as the food (and hopefully the service) is good to great, the dining will go off without a hitch

After dinner, you can move on to a nice hotel. Woa there Charlie…not to take advantage of a room, but all “upscale” hotels have an excellent jazz or piano bar. Advise her ahead of time of your intentions so you “don’t get slapped.” ;)

Here is where you can enjoy a drink of wine or a nice port and perhaps a dessert. For this dating on a budget tip, make sure you call them ahead of time and ask them when they have live soloists playing. Make your date for that night. It’s a great spot to converse. Steer clear of overcrowded spots where you can’t converse. That may drain the romance out of your night altogether.

Another cool tip here: ask the hotel reception when you call… to list a few romantic songs off for you that the musician plays. If they don’t know, ask them politely that it’s a special night and could they please assist you with this. All of them will make attempts to help you. So, once you have a few titles, chose one. When you’re there, request it to be played for her.

If the weather permits, go for a walk. If she’s wearing some high heels ask her ahead of time if she’d be comfortable, or better still, you could warn her ahead of the date about your intentions.

Remember to listen to whatever your date has to say while you’re walking (or throughout the night for that matter). There is no better way to ruin a romantic evening than to brag about yourself all evening. Putting it into perspective, two ears, one mouth rule.
